ROM won't install

I wanted to run 4.4 so I downloaded the cm11 pyramid rom.

Just use regular CM11?

Hi guys
First off all I'm going to say, I'm not a software or mobile expert.

 

I have an old HTC sensation as a backup/toy phone. (My nokia 108 is my rock solid daily driver, and being awesome at it :D) I used to have the venom Sense5 ROM on it installed but wanted to switch back to stock android.

I have installed ROMs before but my friend rooted the phone for me.
I downloaded the rom and the gapps, tried to install it trough 4ext but it gave me an error and canceled the install. It was status 0 and sometimes status 7.

 

Does anybody know how to fix this?

What ROM are you downloading? And what do you mean by stock Android? The Sense 4.0 that came with the phone or AOSP? If you want Sense 4.0 just run an RUU.
