What CPU/Motherboard?

So I am building a new PC for gaming for myself as a Christmas present, now I have most of the parts picked out but I have yet to decide of a CPU/Motherboard combo as due to that I am undecided between DDR3 and DDR4 (Cause y'know motherboard compatibility) so. Which CPU/Motherboard combo would best suit this http://pcpartpicker.com/p/4Yhv23 PC? Also if you choose a motherboard with DDR4, which kit should I go for? I was 16GB as I can't see myself using more than that since I don't do anything more demanding than play Crysis 3 or run simple adobe programs such as Flash or Premier (It's for school okay I know flash is bad)
