Paypal card has a monthly fee? Help?

Ok, so me and my friend are trying to sign up for paypal cards so we can access our paypal money at any given time. 

 

However this is what some of it says next to the agreement check box: "By checking this box, I confirm I have read and agree to the terms, conditions, and costs described in the PayPal Prepaid MasterCard Cardholder Agreement, including the $4.95 monthly fee for unlimited purchase transactions".

 

Does this mean if I buy things too much they'll hit me with a 4.95 fee or do I actually have to keep paying a 4.95 monthly fee? 

 

If anyone on here actually uses paypal and can tell me about this I'd love it lol.

Nah its just a flat 5 bucks a month charge. Paypal has a better option for you that I have is the Student Master Card. Are you under 18 and in the US?

WAIT WAIT you got it all wrong paypal has a free master card. But you said prepaid mastercard thats not linked to your account

 

The paypal Buisness mastercard or Student Card is what your looking for

Fedex Ground must be on Horse back, It took 7 days to go 200 miles

PayPal Business Debit MasterCard®

thats what its called theres no fee and its directly linked to your account
