problem getting online through wifi

Everytime i wan't to use my wireless from my laptop, te pages are given "err timed out" with an UTP cable i don't have this problem and other devices (other laptop,ipad,cellphone) work perfectly.

 

I already thread:

-release/renew my IP

-dnsflush

-reinstall chrome/ and instal modzilla 

-the windows soluction thing

-pintest to firewall 127.0.0.1 is giving 100% oke

 

I am using avast antivirus free (no firewall) 

I am using windows firewall and chrome is added to the list of app
