No it won't be an issue if you aren't overclocking, even if you are going to overclock it shouldn't be that bad. I think Haswell is running hotter because now the CPU has the power controller (whatever it's called) build in. More stuff working = more heat.

Me: Yeah I just really can't get my H220 working again, I've tried everything that was suggested in the forum.
