About Haswell and temps.

Been hearing a lot about haswell getting really hot temperatures recently. I've been planning my first build to have haswell and just wondering if it's going to be an issue even if I don't plan to overclock?

No it won't be an issue if you aren't overclocking, even if you are going to overclock it shouldn't be that bad. I think Haswell is running hotter because now the CPU has the power controller (whatever it's called) build in. More stuff working = more heat.
