What would you recommend for an Matx case?

case requirements:

-strong (will be moved frequently)

-portable (has wheels or can be put in a suitcase)
-high airflow (will be used for 3d animation, Video effects other stuffs)

-AIO water cooling support? (if possible)

 

other notes:
-will be hosting an lga 2011-v3 mb with high end parts other parts.

-sound is not a big deal
-this build is for a friend

he has been using a laptop for the past 4 years and he wants to get something alittle more powerful
