So just today the framerate of most games I play have been stuttering.

I have a GTS 450 DirectCU II silent and the framerates of my games are from a stable 50-60 fps then suddenly drops down to 30-40 fps just for a quick second and back up again...what's causing this? and whats the solution?

I left my PC turned on overnight as it was downloading Titanfall (origin game time.)

I also just cleaned the entire case. I mean I stripped everything off of the case (including mobo and PSU) and dusted it all. I did, however, make sure that everything is back properly. and I was still able to play bf3 right after without problems. so what gives?
