Any idea's? I'm trying to go for a black and red design (his favorite colors) around $700-800. the case wont change because well he picked it out

I'd recommend an Intel CPU current the AMD ones are way behind Intel currently.

This way he only needs to swap out the GPU to do upgrades ( And maybe add 8GB ram in a few years.) for at least 5 years. And it's an awesome looking build. ( Red theme). It will perform similar ( if not better ) than your build.

 

It's an investement now to save money later

The OP clearly said that he wanted to save that case, other wise i would make them cheaper, did you even bother reading the OP post/thread?
