So I recently purchased the Crossover 290M from Ebay, but it looks like it is going to be rerouted back because it was sent to Canada instead of the US for some reason... Would it be better for me to try again and purchase another one from Ebay, or should I just get the AOC Q2963PM? Someone on craigslist is selling one for $200. They are also selling a Dell U2913WM for $300. I am not much for name brands. The Crossover looks nicer to me with its metal frame, and it can be set to 75Hz. What do you guys think I should do?

TL;DR: Crossover 290M for $280, AOC Q2963PM for $200, or Dell U2913WM for $300?

I can get any of the three. I am slightly worried about having some dead pixels on the Crossover, as well as almost no support. I have heard that the AOC does have a bad input lag, but I am not much of a CS:GO player. The dell is just $100 more than the AOC which I don't know if it is worth that. I have verified that neither the AOC or the Dell have any dead pixels or scratches/scuffs from use.

Pretty sure they give you a 1 year warranty on crossover monitors.

Would the Crossover be worth the extra $80 over the generally more expensive AOC?
