Language bullshit.

So I am thinking of picking up a xbox 360 with halo 4 and tomb raider from amazon france for 180 euro since its so cheap, can anyone confirm weather or not that all the games I get will be in french and the console as well and there is no way to change it at all? I currently live in belgium but my native language is english so fuck french and dutch I want english!

I already read that but it doesn't answer my question. It says french and dutch for belgium.
