overclocking?

i am guesting that this has been ask many times here but i am new to these forums and i like to know well how to overclock and not just cpu but gpu and even memory and how to get the best result and safe. any help will be much appreciated thank you

You overclock the CPU and memory through the BIOS and you overclock the GPU through software like MSI afterburner.
