$395 ultrabook?

Hi,

I found this Acer aspire s3 for $395 at walmart. Is it a good buy?

Specs: sandy bridge ULV 1.4ghz i3 (yes I know it's old)
4gb ram
500gb hard drive + 20gb ssd cache

It is going to be for basic use over the summer. I know the graphics card will be insufficient for most gaming.

The build quality, trackpad, keyboard, and screen seem to be decent, and the reviews seem fine.
I personally feel that it's a good deal.

I kinda need quick responses, as I am not sure of the stock.
