Sup.

I've had this problem with razer sayapse forever, but i was to lazy to askp people about it. :P

Basically, it doesn't open. I'll press on the logo, and nothing happens. Ive tried reinstalling it, but it stll didn't work.

Please help me, because since it happened, the mouse sensitivity went crazy high for some reason.

Even if i put the senstitivity to its lowest in game and windows, it is still to high for some reason. (I should really stop saying that lmao)

Also, if someone could tell me how the macros work, that would be great

Thanks for reading, and please help! :)

As for the program not openeing, I don't know what to tell you, if it is running, I just double click it in the taskbar and it opens (bottom right corner).

As for the macro recording I can offer some help. Dependent on which product you have (keyboard or mouse) you will have slightly different functionality, but basically you go to the macro section, make a new, and then set up if you want to record with delay, record with fixed delay, or no delay (checkboxes).

Next step is just to click record, then click the buttons you want pressed, and then click stop record. Then go back to the tab with the device that you want to bind the macro to, and then click the key (on the software) you want to assign the macro to, select macro, and then select the macro you want to use in the drop down menu.

And that is about it :) AFAIK synapse only deals with straight up key press macros, and not the more shady mouse movement stuff which is considered cheating in some games. Even multiple key (or mouse) click macros can also be considered cheating in some games, so do look it up before you use it :)

I've had the same problem with Synapse really... I click the logo, nothing. 5 minutes later the window will randomly pop up wherever my mouse is, and since I probably am doing something, I click away from it on accident and have to start over again lol... Happened on my last computer and on this one. In conclusion, I can't help you too much.

Does the program show up as running in the task manager?

For me the launcher is under razer in the start menu, which should be default.

nope, right now i dont even have it installed, the installer doesnt even work, no matter how often i try
