What text scaling do you guys use on high res monitors (ie. 4k)?

Just curious what other people use for their scaling. I've been bouncing around and can't figure out which percentage I like more. The default 150% isn't too bad. I feel once I start getting to high though I ruin the purpose of having all this real estate on a 4k monitor.

I like the size of a 1440p panel and 150% would match that so I guess that would get my vote :)

I guess that seems to be about the standard then. Didn't know if people did 100% and just had way better eyes than me.
