I use to make my videos and stream via using my GPU's H.264 chip I have the GTX 970 and the new GeForce 2.1.2 sucks monkey balls and lags and has a lot of issues with skyrim.

my CPU is a low end FX CPU and I counted on using Shadowplay / OBS NVENC to stream and record. Now I can't because Shadowplay has to be enabled and GeForce Experience isn't for 900s on 2.1.1

Are there any Good quality recorders that will detect my GPU's H.264 chip and let me encode / record using it without using Shadowplay ?
