Hey guys , which one is better for single monitor gaming , 

Cpu = 15 4570
GPU=Either GTX 970 or GTX 980

Compared to those two I would say the VG248QE. I am a huge fan of IPS monitors, a 980 could support QHD at 60fps. But, that particular IPS is pretty crap.

Are you a FPS gamer? If so go with 144 HZ, you'll never regret it. If you play games for story and such, get a nice IPS panel, dell ultra sharps are really nice!

If you play fps and need 144Hz tthen either go with AOC G2460P or the ASUS thats the choice I had to make and I chose the AOC Its personal preference 

 

If you don't need 144Hz then go for a 60Hz monitor any old one will do
