The domain registrar are the people you buy the domain names from(they "point" to your host), but hosts are the people that actually host your web content, many domain registrars do both, and more.

have i got this right that a domain regestrar is the people you buy the domain name from and a domain host is the people that link it to the website that is hosting your website?
