Problem with TV ambilight

Hey, guys!

I am new to this forum, but i am in search for some greater mind to help me solve this mystery.

Okay, so, last saturday i bought a new TV Phillips 6700 series, i set up everything, all goes well until today. I turn ON TV it suddenly turns ON ambilight, i am like, okay, weird, i go to option and turn it off, i change my channel to different  one it suddenly turns ON ambilight again switches to standard settings, i read through the help in the TV about possible solution but literally nothing helps, i just change channel and it turns on again for no reason. Today i connected TV to router, and i got asked to update TV, so i did, maybe that did something but literally i am out of options what to do, maybe here is someone with much more knowledge and can help me out?  :wacko:

1. there is no  6700 serries, what type is it excatly.

2. go to philips website and downloiad the firmware for your tv in a USB-drive.

3. update TV

4. you could do a factory reset on your tv, and see if that works.
