iam planing on getting the Cooler Master Hyper 212 EVO. i want to over a 3570k. i ve heard of people reaching 4.5 using push pull. does the push pull help? i saw linus video on the h100i, but i didnt know if push pull would help because the Cooler Master Hyper 212 EVO is a small

I have my 212 EVO running my 3570k at 4Ghz on silent mode, and the hottest core read 70c running prime95 for 30 minutes.

I'm sure you could push it to 4.5Ghz easy without the need for another fan.

Don't know about the stock fan, but something like a Noctua NF F12 (as replacement) would probably be a better upgrade to it.

I have a 212 EVO and I dumped the stock fan and put Corsair SP120 quiet edition fans in push/pull. I can get to 4.7 GHz/1.35V stable at around 55 degrees full load on my 2700K. However I rarely run it at that and generally it stays around 25-30 degrees idle. 4.5 will probably be attainable on your chip with the stock fan on the 212 EVO. Only one way to find out :)
