CS 1.6 not opening!

Hey guys! So I found out I had a copy of CS 1.6 with me in my pendrive lol. 

 

I just inserted the pendrive and opened the game, but nothing happens. Just a small pop-up something like a CMD box opens and then it closes. That''s it. 

 

Nothing else happens. What can be it? 

 

I really haven't played this game (am I the only one)?

and want to play.

 

Extra: Can anyone trade a copy of it with me?

You can't trade it, it's got to be registered to a Steam account. You may have found a cracked copy.
