US and China will partake in regular talks regarding hacking

TGBSeth

"Starting in July, President Barack Obama (US) and President Xi Jinping (China) will begin holding regular talks regarding hacking, in terms of its ability to aid in computer break-ins and the theft of corporate and government secrets.  Officials say that these talks will most likely not result in a sudden decrease in the amount of attacks coming from China but that they should begin to have an effect over time."

I think the US is stupid in regard to the way they treat people who committ cyber crime.

In china a caught hacker is usually given the opportunity to be part of the government in which they help china hack into various areas (US military for example).

In america a hacker gets thrown in jail. Waste of talent.
