USB connecting then disconnecting

Hello,

 

I'm not really sure if this is the correct place to post this (so mods please feel free to move this to the appropriate section if needed), but I'm having a weird issue.  While I'm playing or just browsing on my PC, I will hear the tone for when a USB device is disconnected immediately followed by the tone for when a USB device is connected.  I usually notice it when I'm in game (so full screen and unable to see a notification in the taskbar).  What is the best way for me to go about find the cause to this problem?  Its not a real major issue but is something that gets noticed and annoying at times.

It may be ur gpu changing resolution, when entering a game

But I will hear it multiple times.  It seems to happen every 45 minutes or so.
