Is this RAID card good?

Hi guys,

 

I just saw the TekSyndicate video on ProxMox and was looking for a RAID card that has two mini SAS ports on it; I came across a one for very cheap, but further research has failed to tell me if it is SAS 6 or if its just just SAS 3. Due to the low price I assumed it was just SAS 3, but uses PCIe x8 and assuming it is gen 2.0 this would provide plenty of bandwidth.

 

Could anyone shed light on the subject?

If you have the drivers for your OS then yea and if it works with your hardware.
