I personally have the Z77-Mpower board. It is a fantastic board and has more stuff on it then you could imagine. I'm usually go with Gigabyte when I get boards but this time I decided to go with something else just to see if I would like it, and I can tell you from personally experience that the Mpower board is worth every penny if you love to overclock and the board just looks so sick it's ridiculous. Even if you don't like the yellow on the heatsinks they can be taken off and then you will have a dark gray for a heatsink color that goes very well with any color scheme .

From what I have heard there is a 98% chance you will not get a DOA board if you go with the Mpower board. I use OCN as well and there is a forum there just on people that have the Mpower board. It's a pretty big community and everyone that has one is very helpful if you have any questions about the board or if you can't figure how to get the highest OC on the board. In the bios it has tons and tons of OC features :)

P.S. I have not had any issues with this board at all. Ive owned it for almost 3 months now and it just works and does a great job at it

I like the H100i as well. To be honest there really is no deference between the H100 and the H100i on performance. There are 2 things I like about the H100i over the H100 though. 1) the fans are built better and have a higher RPM then the H100. They go up to 2700 RPM and 2) The corsair link is very helpful at times, it's very easy to put the pump on the highest setting and just how much control you have over the hole AIO is awesome. I also love the fact you can change the color of the logo on the pump so it fits the color scheme you prefer instead of having it just white

Really the questions you should be asking yourself is, does the PCIE layout work with that I want/ may want in the future. Are the other expansion ports appropriate for me needs, does one offer better bios configuration(such as pc feature or raid) that I'll use. Finally is there any known defects on one or the other such as coil whine or ram incompatibilities. Other than that they are mostly the same from the 100-200 range minus a few tweaks for personal preference. Oh and don't forget to look into matching your systems color scheme if they're both very compatible :p
