Multiple DVD Burners

Does anyone know if a system with 2 or 3 internal DVD burners can burn simultaneously? or Blu-ray burners?

Good software can burn using multiple drives...

 

Also what is the purpose of the rig?

yes but must contain a master, and slaves, and probably a burning drive controller unit

well I didn't write that site, of course nowadays you would use sata anyways which is also written in there, and yes they are of course used to pirate alot of things

I actually have a duplicator right next to me, it's used to copy multiple wedding picture/video dvd/bluray at same time (7 slaves)

That's useful if you work with event coverage and promotions...

since you only want 2 or 3 slaves it's prob cheaper for you to add them to your rig then having a standalone.

I have 3 open drive slots in my tower case, so I was curious if I could burn multiple disks at once or just a one-at-a-time thing. It would be a time saver if I needed to burn a few Blu-rays. I suppose I could build an external duplicator unit. The Primera machines are sweet, and they print labels as well, but too costly. I haven't had to burn that many disks to justify such a purchase.
