2 questions.

Would r9 270x bottleneck AMD Athlon x4 750k?

Would this run dota2 well?

Thank you very much

I'm assuming you meant to ask "Would the AMD Athlon x4 750K bottleneck the R9 270X", and my answer would be no.

To answer your second question, heck yes, the R9 270X can play almost all games high/ultra settings, so you should have no problem with Dota 2.

Yea, I have that card, I'm hugely impressed with the $160 price tag I payed for it. I can run BF4 on Ultra settings 1080, with AA turned off 45-60 FPS. This card is amazing.

With an i7 4770k @4.8GHz i think, cba rechecking the vid.

Shot through the heart and you're to blame, 30fps and i'll pirate your game - Bon Jovi

Take me down to the console city where the games are blurry and the frames are thirty - Guns N' Roses

Arguing with religious people is like explaining to your mother that online games can't be paused...

what do you mean ? like, you need a i7 4770-90k for these specs for that gpu ?

cus well, it woulden't make much sense do combine an i7 with a ''low end'' gpu .. id rather go with a 4670 non k ... or even that dual core pentium unlocked and overclocked (can't remember the exact name :/..)

No you tit. That video you posted, if you pay attention to the rig he tests the card on, it has an i7 3770k OC'd to 4.8GHz, with 16GB ram.

OP has an Athlon x4 750k which is a lot weaker than the 3770k.

Just rechecked the vid, and it's the 3770k, not a 4770k like i originally thought.

I get it. but the thing is, you don't need a 3770k overclocked to get some good performances in games. my friend actually got an r9 270 with the new Pentium anniversary edition and he get amazing performances

waw.. that is sure high. My HIS radeon r9 270x coupled with stock fx 6300 only runs at 26 to 38 fps. Is this normal?

Well, I had an R9 270X and I will put some games I played

Battle Field 4 - 40 Frames Per Second on Ultra with full anti-a. 50-60 on high settings.

Left 4 dead 2/1 - Everything ultra, high definition texture pack, 150+ frames per second

Thief - 50 Frames per second with everything maxed out, 60 with anti-a turned down to 8 from 16.

Far cry 3 - I've forgot, but I played at full settings quite smoothly.

Skyrim - You can play with everything at ultra 60 frames if you turn down the anti-a by a bit.
