Im new to rooting to be honest it kind of scares me. But i know that is one of the things people love with android is getting the different ROMS. I rooted once before but did literally nothing with the phone that required the root. I was too scared that i would mess it up so it couldn't be fixed. Also a little overwhelmed what what ROM to use. I want custom things cuz its cool but i also LOVE stock android and would love to get it on this fast phone. The other thing i dont want to lose with ROMS is some of the lg features like KNOCK ON. Finally i think the last thing im worried about is how to unroot and do everything to make it normal if i have to send it back to verizon for a warranty replacement? Any and all the help I can get would be LOVED.

I got my LG G2 a few weeks after release and after a while I was interested in Rooting and Custom Roms.

I was very scared as well at the beginning but now I couldn't imagine my phone without it.

I can sadly not give you a Guide on how to root your G2 because I rooted when it was stil on 4.2 and I don't know if anything changed since then.

After I had the phone rooted for a few weeks I wanted to install a Custom Rom because I really didn't like the LG Interface and I wanted to have a Stock Android experience.

After trying many ROMs I'm now using PAC-Rom which is the first ROM which is working with almost 0 bugs (sometimes Wifi looses connection and I need to restart my phone to get it to work again).

Also every ROM I know supports Knock On because it is one of the most liked features of the community.

I didn't yet need to remove my ROM because of warrenty things so I can't really tell you much about that.
