I don't have this specific app but just to give you a hint which the words could very well be in german:

 

It's most likely something like: Einstellungen -> Allgemeines --> Sprachen

My Gaming Evolved app has evolved and learned a new language and I can't find how to turn it back to English. Can anyone tell me how to change the language in AMD GE?

Look what a quick google search can do....

"To change your language setting, right click on systray icon -> preferences -> general -> language, pick your preferred language and restart the client"

Turns out this didn't help at all :(, I can't read German and EVERYTHING is in German.

hmm... i know this isn't the best idea, but have you tried using google translate to help you out.

That might work, I'll give it a go. Do you know what the systray icon look like as well?

I'm not very familiar with AMD's gaming evolved app. I've never used it to be fair.  I know I keep saying this, but google can be really helpful.
