A friend is in need of a graphics card but doesn't want to spend too much. Do you guys know of a card that is better than GeForce 6100 On Board graphics and won't be bottlenecked(Too Much) by a PCIe x16 gen1 slot? Hopefully it can be relatively cheap as well. Under 50 would be great.

Go with the EVGA GTX 750Ti SC http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B00IDG3IDO. It should be able to play those games on high settings at that resolution. The 750Ti is also a very low power usage and heat output card which is an added bonus.

I´ve got a GTX 750 Ti in my HTPC with an i5 and this is okay performance. The power consumption is very low and the settings in 1080p med is alright for gaming if you are not too picky about details and AA settings.
