Prolimatech Blue Vortex Fans

I don't ever hear about these fans, and from what I can see they seem like some crazy good fans despite that they are normal sleeve bearing fans. 18.1 dBa for 87CFM sounds astounding. Has anyone ever tried these? Are they as good as they are on paper?

They're nice as long as you don't point the hub downwards--they make quite a bit noise when you do.
