USB not recognized

i have a new computer and i plug in my old headset (Razer Megalodon) and it makes the beep sound but shows an error that it is not recognized... it has error code 43. I have searched the web and many people have the same issue with windows 8.1. My computer is windows 7 so i dont think its the windows 7 problem. 

Things i have tried:

-firmware update - impossible because cant update as my device is not detected

-windows update - just updated 

-usb 3.0 and 2.0 and other ports

Perhaps windows installed corrupted drivers. Try to uninstall them before replugging your headset.

where would i try to uninstall these? not good with these

Normally in the device manager.

is my device manager. Dont know what to do now, dont see any drivers/corrupt things except for the unknown usb device

right click and uninstall the one with the yellow exclamation mark. remove USB plug it back in.

Just tried that, it just repeated the same thing and showed that it was not recognized.

Install the drivers.

installed those on different computer.. still no success
