R9 260x help?

I just bought the r7 260x asus card today and it gave me problems to start with blackscreened once, but the main issue is on msi afterburner it wont let me tweak my gpu and whenever i open msi afterburner the card goes to 100% usage and dips then back top 100 then dips EDIT r7 260X in the tital messed up lol
