Powerline Issues

I recently bought a NetCommWireless NP207 200Mbps Powerline Adapter with AC Pass-Through and installed them. The 3 LEDs on the adapters showed that they are paired but when I go on my PC and check my network it says that it is an Unidentified Network. I used Windows 8.1 troubleshooting and it tells me that it can't I identify the IP?
