I wanna get the Lenovo y40 (http://shop.lenovo.com/ca/en/laptops/lenovo/y-series/y40/?sb=:000001CA:000056ED:) now my question is Can I swap the Ram and the Harddrive out?

If I can swap the Ram, do they carry it in Canadacomputers? And what is the Max Ram that I can put in it?
