MSI Mpower Z77

I'm looking at purchasing a MSI Mpower Z77 but I'm a bit concerned about the LAN driver, I've almost always had Intel or Killer LAN. Is the Realtek 8111E a decent alternative? Also will it work fine with the my current setup (listed in my signature)

CPU: i7 3770k @4.5Ghz 1.26v Cooler: H100i 2 Sp120 Quiets MoBo: MSI Z77 MPOWER Big Bang RAM: 16GB G.Skill Sniper 2133Mhz CL9 Graphics Card: Asus Direct CU II R9 290 Storage: Vertex 4 128GB, WD Black 1TB Case: NZXT H440 Green

Yes it should perfectly fine. I don't think MSI would but a "crap" controller on a highish end board.

Pretty sweet deal, just make sure it is in good condition and that there are no bent pins etc.

the board is good but ive never used the lan or the built in wifi. it has blue teeth as well but i haven't used that either. :P

I have the Z77 Mpower, I'd recommend you grab an Asus board instead frankly.
I bought a second Z77 board for my second i7 2600 & that's after experiencing both the MSI Z77 Mpower & the AMD 990FX Sabertooth.
The Sabertooth board was superior in every imaginable way, so I've ordered an Asus Z77 board instead even though I too had access to a Z77 Mpower for a stupidly low price of $90.
