PCI Simple Communications Controller Driver error?

Hi.

I opened up my Device Manager today to find a error triangle next to a device called "PCI Simple Communications Controller", listed in "Other Devices".

I went to properties, clicked on resources and it said "The device isn't using any resources because it has a problem".

I'm not sure what this device is, but I managed to get the hardware ID, and was hoping somebody could help me with this issue.

PCI\VEN_8086&DEV_8CBA&SUBSYS_85341043&REV_00

PCI\VEN_8086&DEV_8CBA&SUBSYS_85341043

PCI\VEN_8086&DEV_8CBA&CC_078000

PCI\VEN_8086&DEV_8CBA&CC_0780

Thanks

Got it, first article I read said it was to do with my ethernet driver which confused me. I was missing Intel Management Engine Interface which I uninstalled a few days ago. Do i need this?

Cheers
