amd 8350 over clocking

hello

i bought a corsair h100i to over clock my cpu but im new into this oc world kind of stuff. so can some one explain my how to do this right. i know some parts of it but im not sure about it i dont want to damage my cpu.

can some one help my whit this ?

1 TB WD hdd

GPU amd R9-290 OC editon 

PSU corsair 1000 Watt gold editon(RM 1000)
