Website Design Restrictions

Hi Guys,

 

My mom would like to start blogging and she is worried about encountering design/layout restrictions when going with a hosting service and it would be really nice to hear from a 3rd party that there isn't such a thing and if there is which services are the most recommended and easy to use. She is going to do a WordPress course so squarespace as much as I love the idea won't be happening.

iv used www.hostinger.co.uk for a long time. and its the best free hosting service iv ever used :D

 

edit: it has a great variety of premade desings that you can modify to your will and you can even build a webpage on a notepad and uploade it !
