How to bios update

So on PC part picker is says for my motherboard I'll need a bios update can I do this update with the chip that needs the update plz help (my first build)

If you have an old system you're on you can download the Live Update 6 utility at the MSI website. I'm not sure with MSI boards how or if you can update the BIOS from within the BIOS or some other method. I know many boards have the ability built in to update the BIOS with a USB attached. Your manual may tell you how to do this if you have this capability.
