Write in Korean without Microsoft IME?

Hey guys.

Just wondering if there's a way to write in korean without using Microsoft IME. I want to write in Korean in fullscreen applications and when I'm in fullscreen I can't switch between Han/En.

 

I have the "free" version of Windows 7 Ultimate.
