Mobile internet only kinda working.

Hi everyone.

I have a Motorola Razr I.

 

Yesterday, it was fine, right up until 5am which is when I fell asleep.

When I woke up, I didn't really try to use it up until about 11. 

But when I tried to use it; it wasn't working properly.

 

There are 3 main apps I use to message people. Kik, BBM, Snapchat and Facebook messenger.

Kik is working absolutely fine, it's even telling me when the other person's typing which it doesn't do when I'm on a slow connection.

 

However, BBM won't send my message.

Snapchat just tries to load and then gives up and says "Failed to refresh messages"

Facebook messenger just stayed blank.

Google Chrome also won't connect to anything.

 

Any ideas why this could have happened? My mobile data is working on one app and not others?

are you trying in on wifi or not ??

Yes I tried it on Wifi and the apps work fine.

I've also tried restarting my phone, and I've tried it in the office and also tried it outside when I was walking to get my lunch
