Has anyone actually used this? How does it work?

 

So if I buy a 660ti, I could upgrade to a 750ti?

 

Sorry if this seems like a  noobish question.

a 660ti would upgrade to a 760. from what i understand

Not at all, it lets you get whatever card you want, and you only pay the difference.  However I think it is only valid if you make the trade within like 90 days of purchase or something silly like that.
