Planing a build need help

Hey guy i have a $850 budget and want to build a gaming rig i picked these parts so far but yeah

intel core i5-3470

HIS Radeon HD 7950 3GB

ASRock Z77 Pro4-M

Corsair Vengeance 8GB

SanDisk 120GB SSD

Cooler Master GX-750W

What should i change and any case suggestions thanks.

I am personally not a fan of the CM PSU's but that's just me. If I were you, I'd look at either the budget Corsair units otherwise a Silverstone Strider Plus. You don't need 750w either, 600 will be more than adequate. If you want to save a bit of money; drop the motherboard down to a H77 chipset such as the Asus P8H77 models. The reason why is because the Z77's are high performance boards with overclocking and high performance in mind.

Also, what are you doing for a storage disk/HDD?

As for a case, go to PCCG's website and just browse through cases you like the look of and that are in your budget. You'll probably have some luck with the Corsair Carbides or some of the Bitfenix stuff.

That case will be fine and I see no reason why you wouldn't be able to achieve medium if not high in Far Cry 3 however I don't know AMD's cards that well.

Before you purchase though, just wait for a few more responses. I certainly don't know everything and I'm not the best with AMD cards. My preference would have been for a MSI 660TI..

Would a MSI 660TI be compatible with that motherboard? Yes. Will it play those games on high? More like ultra :)
