So do you use a SD card? and for what? Apologies if this has been done before, can't find it, and I promise, voting will be more pleasant to do compared to my other thread about screen protectors.

My phone has only 16gb of storage, my music library is 500gb, but my favourites are ~50gb

I have a 16 gb one in my phone but it is painfully slow.

Well, they aren't SSDs, so it is expected

I recently broke my phone's sd card bracket, not sure i would be able to fix it and since past two days my phone went missing. Really Tough days considering it has my mom's sim and i already lost mine due to stupid younger brother who whenever comes from boarding school beats the hell out of me and take every advantage of my weaknesses which are quite hyper.

I use a 64gb Micro SD card that I have some music on, and I saw it between my phone and DSLR with an adapter. I do have a dedicated SD card for my camera, but I dislike transferring things, so if I have both handy and would like to show off pictures later (via phone) I just switch it back and forth.

I really wish that we'd just make organic hardware already, that grows and adapts to the demands it needs to meet. That way, grannies' computers can be floppy sacks of organicness and the 12 year old Minecrafters will look like the guys that only do bicep curls, and the nerdy programmers will finally have justice, with their body-builder rigs that skipped leg day.

I feel like I'm the outlier here but I have an 8GB iPhone and I've never needed even that much space because I don't keep my entire iTunes library on my phone

Apps? Alot of apps take alot of space, for me personally since I do have 32gig phone, I don't really need the SD card, its more of something to store important back ups that I need to transfer if I do not have a cable

I guess, but I don't have many apps maybe 12-15. Social media, banking, maps, dropbox. I suppose I'm the guy that phone companies hate because I can have an 8GB phone and it's more than enough. I don't play games on my phone because if I'm out doing stuff then I have no need to be on my phone and if I'm home I have a PC. And for long breaks like airports I'll just read a book

Ahh I see, plus apple's iOS is a bit more space efficient I guess, compared to android
