Nvidia shield tablet

I have a couple questions regarding the app store for the nvidia shield tablet ,

Is the entire play store the same for the shield tablet as for every other phone/tablet ?

The main reason I'll be buying this tablet is just because I need one cause I have a 4' phone and I want something bigger and still portable but I'll also be using it allot for battlefield 4 commander... If commander is available at least on that tablet.

Can someone with a shield tablet or someone who has knowledge of the store check or the folowing apps that I use daily are on the store just to be sure ?

- Hangouts on the LTE version

- Battlefield 4 commander app

- Snapchat (probably yes but I cant buy it if it doesn't support it )

- Themer

- Root file explorer (probably has to be rooted in order for that to work so I doubt that the app will be working)

The tablet acts like a regular android tablet. If a tablet has the play store on it, then it will have almost all the same games. Difference being tegra devices will show slightly more games optimized for tegra devices as opposed to a non tegra device. The average android game will always be there for every tablet with the play store, it doesn't get modified to exclude games for some devices. What isn't on the play store you can just google the app and download the apk, just don't do it for anything except free apps because it is technically illegal.
