Re-Installing windows 8.1 OEM

So my Kingston Hyperx 3K ssd died after about one week, called kingston and the replacement is on its way,

would i have any problems regarding the key activation when re installing windows?(i have not changed any other thing just the ssd that died)

If you know the activation key you'll be fine, just re-activate your new Windows 8.1 installation and you will be set.

You shouldn't have to, so long as you didn't change the motherboard when that SSD died :P They may make you call for the activation ID, that happens sometimes, but it's a quick process.
