Restarting the browser and my computer

that's about it

Try the Dev version of chrome. Clear cache, and reinstall extensions.

Or you could totally reinstall chrome. The Dev version is 64-bit and can be found on their site.

I'm not sure about anyone else but im having this issue and it is annoying the hell out of me and it is super infuriating and I can't pin down why this is happening so anyone with any knowledge on how to fix it, it would be greatly appreciated.

Check Ad block is not blocking elements in the page.

Clean your Cache (Hold Ctrl and press F5, or go into settings and clean it.)

Edit: Open work and check if you can scroll, chrome has issues and sometimes stops scrolling... had it before. Check chrome is updated.

Have you tried hitting ctrl + 0 to reset the zoom? I ask because sometimes it's easy to accidentally zoom, specially on a laptop.

Clean your Cache and do Ctrl +F5 to clean the cache of that web page.

Check in other browser.

Try with all extensions and addons disabled.

I apparently blanked out on that line... Anyway, that's a failed load by the look of things. Not much you can do to fix it, other than disabling add-ons, and clearing cache. Just happens sometimes
