Don't cheap out on the CPU, and make sure it runs cool... Whatever anybody else says, follow those rules. Gaming+Streaming makes a hot combination. Also, get a hard drive if you find yourself in a pinch and cannot get both a SSD and a HDD, because you'll need the storage for what you're doing.
