Need help...Computer is being wierd

Ok so I have had my pc for about a year now and have had some problems with it. First of all when i sometimes switch my pc on it does not show anything on my screen. I know its not my monitor or the HDMI cable. Another thing is that for some reason when I switch my pc on it randomly switches off after a couple of seconds and then switches back on then off then on then off then on then off the on then off then on then off and so on. Sometimes it also beeps once but I have no idea what it means because I have seen different things being said about the beeps. Please help. Any advice will be much appreciated.

if you can open up the computer

 

check the power connections from the PSU to the mobo

 

reseat the RAM or run with just one stick of RAM

 

the beep has a pattern to it

 

it may be like 5 beeps and a pause and then 5 beeps this is for RAM issues

 

hear it carefully.

Budget? Uses? Currency? Location? Operating System? Peripherals? Monitor? Use PCPartPicker wherever possible.

Is it under warranty ? If so, why didnt you get it repaired or replaced under warranty ?
