laptop for university

Hello everybody I'm going to University in about 2 weeks. For University I need a Laptop (had one in highschool but it's to old and to slow now).

 

I do not have an enormous budget, my budget is around 500 euros (670 US dollars). It would be great if it had a 1080 IPS panel. I will game on my desktop so don't worry about fancy mobile graphics cards.    

 

I'll be buying in the Netherlands which means that the prices normally are a little bit more pricy than in the US/CA. I hope you guys can help me come up with some great laptops!

Thinking about lowering the budget to 400 euros and buy a shield tablet together with my laptop but I am not sure though.
